February 23. 2005 HANNOVER FAIR 2005 (11-15
April)
11th Group Exhibit Hydrogen + Fuel
Cells, Hall 13
- Fuel Cells on their way to commercialisation
- Parallel to the Group Exhibit “H2/FC”
International Conference
on April 12th 2005
At the HANNOVER FAIR 2005 the world’s largest International
Group Exhibit Hydrogen + Fuel Cells
will show us that the future has already begun. In “Energy”
Hall, 117 exhibitors
from 21 countries present the value added chain from Hydrogen
production, components and solutions for complete Fuel Cell
systems - especially in functional applications. The Group
Exhibit is owned and operated by Arno A. Evers FAIR-PR, Starnberg
Germany, now for the 11th
consecutive year.
The range of products comprises the entire Fuel Cell technology:
such as “portable” applications (camcorder, external
socket outlet, notebooks) and “mobile” applications
(vehicles, fork-lifts). In particular this year, the progress
of the decentralization of power supplies for residential
and commercial applications will be at display. For instance,
“stationary” applications will be presented in
large scale operations such as in industrial firms and in
hospitals as a producer for electricity, as well as heat and
air conditioning.
At the HANNOVER FAIR 2005, Arno A. Evers will push the topic
of commercialisation into the foreground: “We will see
that the target to earn money with this technology is playing
a more important role in this industry.” The technological
progress of miniaturisation is also setting a technical trend,
to providing electricity to equipment that presently relies
on batteries. A further topic one could be anxious to see
are the intelligent software solutions for Fuel Cell systems
used for the control and invoicing of decentralized, “virtual”
power plants. During the daily Forum
placed at the center of the Group Exhibit, every 20 minutes,
all exhibitors discuss the challenges of Fuel Cells and Hydrogen
and their way to market maturity.
This years exhibiting program revolves around the
theme of the international conference:
“Hydrogen + Fuel Cells on their way to commercialisation”
this event will take place on April 12th, from 10am to 4pm
at the convention center on the fairground. Speakers from
Iceland, Japan, Canada, Korea, Norway, USA and China will
be speaking. Dr.
Seok Yeol Yoon, Vice President Corporate R&D Samsung
SDI, Seoul Korea will be talking about the applications and
the timeline needed towards mass production of portable Fuel
Cells. Dinghuan Shi,
a highly ranked government representative from China, presents
China’s energy policies and the up-and-coming use of
Hydrogen and Fuel Cells, in the most populous country in the
world. After the conference, all attendees will visit the
Group Exhibit in Hall 13 as an integrated part of the conference
program. Extensive information about the conference and the
Group Exhibit can be found at www.hydrogenambassadors.com.
The Group Exhibit Hydrogen + Fuel Cells a “hotspot”
for all international visitors of the “Energy”
Trade Fair. The growing response in this field is due to the
participation of worldwide market leaders exhibiting, which
attract increased qualified contacts, interest in early investment
opportunities
(ie. IPO’s, stock exchange) and joint-venture possibilities.
Of big significance is the presence of many exhibitors representing
leading manufacturing and consuming countries, such as the
EU countries, Switzerland, Norway, Japan, Canada, USA and
Taiwan as well as one exhibitor from Armenia, Turkey and from
Malaysia. The participation of the Russian “Energy”
exhibitors in Hall 13 will surely be an addition to the big
interest.
Russian President Wladimir Putin and German Chancellor Gerhard
Schröder will mutually be opening the HANNOVER FAIR 2005
and the German-Russian Industry Day.
