Arno A. Evers FAIR-PR:
Organizer of the largest and most international Platform for Hydrogen and Fuel Cells
Already as a young man, Arno A. Evers was captivated with the quest for new energy sources. The skilled electrician began his work at Decca, a British oil company that explored oil wells in the Persian/Arabian Gulf. This opened up a position as an industrial salesman at Messerschmitt-Boelkow-Blohm GmbH - better known as present-day Airbus Deutschland GmbH, a Daimler-Chrysler company. He worked at MBB from 1969 until the early 1990’s. During this time his task among others was to launch the Airbus Program into the international market. For 6 years Arno A. Evers held the singular position as Official Spokesperson for MBB in Munich.
With foresight that oil and gas reserves would diminish over the next decades, Arno A. Evers became interested in hydrogen as an energy carrier and the application of fuel cells. Since then he has devoted himself to establishing a worldwide platform for hydrogen and fuel cells. Out of this motivation, he founded his own company in 1991, Arno A. Evers FAIR-PR located in Starnberg, Germany.
Arno A. Evers FAIR-PR sees itself as the mediator between international research centers, companies and organizations that are involved in the application of hydrogen and fuel cells. After an initial incentive from the Deutsche Messe AG, Arno A. Evers and his team have actualized and operated this Group Exhibit on Hydrogen and Fuel Cells every April since 1995. Here, at the largest and most international exhibit of its kind, exhibitors from all over the world present their latest products at their company booth as well as on the public forum stage.
The numbers speak for themselves: starting with only 10 German countries at the first Group Exhibit in 1995, and now with 125 exhibitors from 32 nations at this year’s event, April 24-28.
For the first time in 2006, the Hydrogen Ambassadors coming from 6 countries be among the exhibitors. These Hydrogen Ambassadors have been invited, as fully sponsored guests of Arno A. Evers, to present their projects to an interested and international public at Hannover Fair 2006. More information about their concepts can be found online at www.hydrogenambassadors.com. This invitation of the Hydrogen Ambassadors is yet another innovative investment of Arno A. Evers that promotes the international exchange of hydrogen and fuel cell developments. Already the Hydrogen Ambassadors have received considerable recognition and additional invitations to other European events.
Besides their highly motivated, year-long preparation for the Group Exhibit at Hannover Fair, the Arno A. Evers FAIR-PR Team attends more than 20 international conferences related to hydrogen and fuel cells each year. These conferences are even documented on their website www.hydrogenambassadors.com. Anyone interested in the growing industry of hydrogen and fuel cells will find their unique archive a consistently dependable resource.
