The young company 3P-Energy
GmbH, founded in 2003, talks with the Head
of the New Technologies Unit at the BMBF about
future projects with the VDI/VDE and the planned
fabrication of integrated thin film membrane-electrode-assemblies
for applications in direct methanol fuel cells
and the production of fully miniaturised DMFCs.
Dr. Peter Krause enjoys a discussion with Matthias
Bode (2nd from right), FuelCon
AG. He is particularly impressed with the
quality of equipment and innovation of a company
located so close to his home village of Farsleben.
Dr. Bernd Bauer (2nd from left) shows Dr. Peter
Krause the newly developed ionomers and nanocomposite
membranes for medium temperature fuel cells and
direct methanol fuel cells made by FuMA-Tech.
