Visitor Statement Ph. D. Chunzi He: I would like to thank you and Mr. James Ding for organizing the Shanghai fair of Renewable Energies China Incl. Hydrogen and Fuel Cells between November 4 and November 9, 2004. The fair was a great success. It provided a stage for all participants to show their achievements in fuel cell research and development. It also provided a great opportunity for all participants to have a close look at dynamic China!/s fuel cell market. I have achieved more than what I had expected.

The international Meeting Point “Renewable Energies China incl. Hydrogen + Fuel Cells“ at the Shanghai International Industry Fair (SIF) is a really good concept – especially with the combination of being part of the the booth of the Chinese Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST). The only thing I miss are exhibitors from the USA.

This is our first visit in China. The effort is good. The few people who are available at the Chinese booths have not quite a good knowledge of the English language. I also expected more companies from China presenting their innovations in renewable energies. Chinese people are eager to understand and adopt fuel cell technologies.
