Guests,
Here you get
informaton how to reach the Hannover Fairground
We are looking forward to welcoming you in Hannover, Germany,
and to the HANNNOVER FAIR`04 where our Group Exhibit - Hydrogen
+ Fuel Cells, owned and operated by Arno A. Evers FAIR-PR,
has been an integrated part of the annual HANNOVER FAIR since
1995.
For your reference, here are some guidelines which
we hope will help optimise your stay with us at the HANNOVER
FAIR:
Opening and Closing times
The official opening time of the HANNOVER FAIR`04 is:
Monday, April 19 through Friday April 23: daily 9:00 a.m.
to 6:00 p.m.
Saturday, April 24: 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
Exhibitors with valid Exhibitors tickets (KOMBI-TICKET) have
access to the Fairground as from 7:00 a.m. Before April 19th,
no ticket is necessary to enter.
Exhibitors Entry Cards (KOMBI-TICKET)
This ticket is only needed from Monday, April 19 (morning)
through Saturday, April 24. This ticket entitles the bearer
to use all Greater Hannover (GVH) and Deutsche Bahn (DB) 2nd
class transportation during the week of the Fair.
Press Conferences
Our first Press conference
will be held on Sunday, April 18, at 2:00 p.m. This Press
Conference will start on the Forum
stage in the center of the H2/FC Group Exhibit and will
continue with a guided tour around our Group Exhibit. If you
are exhibiting and interested in playing an active part in
this guided tour, and/or have something new on display to
show to international media reps, just
let us know.
The second
Press conference will be the “Opening Press Conference”
held on Monday, April 19, 10:00 a.m. At this time, selected
executives representing our exhibitors will represent all
114 Exhibitors and Forum Participants from 24 countries.
Exhibitors Office
The Exhibitors office is located behind
the Forum stage and is your resource for all business
needs, such as email and Internet access, copying, faxing,
etc. Should you have a special need or request, please inquire
at the Information Counter.

Information Counter
This is your one-stop-shop for all your needs and requirements.
It is located in the middle of
our Group Exhibit, right in the Forum
area. This is your central point to make inquiries, get
updated on the daily Forum programme, scheduled VIP
visits, book meetings rooms,
pick-up/request name badges,
etc.
Name badges
Thanks to your online Name
Badge registration, your Name Badges will be ready for
pick-up at our Information Counter. Should you need additional,
corrected and/or replace lost name badges, they will be re-issued
at the Information Counter. These Name Badges are very important
as they give you access to the daily meals (breakfast, lunch,
Networking evening)
served on the H2/FC Group Exhibit.
Food and Beverage
All Exhibitors and Forum Participants are invited to join
us for breakfast (daily from 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.),
lunch (daily from 12:00 p.m. – 2 p.m.) and our famous
Networking Evenings
(daily from 6:00 p.m. to 21:00 p.m.). All meals will be served
in our Lounge, located on the south side or behind the Exhibitors
and Internet Office. You and your guests will be served coffee,
tea and soft drinks at any time throughout the day. Just ask
one of our hostesses to serve you.
Networking Evening
At the close of each exhibition day (6:00 p.m.), you will
enjoy a warm buffet, drinks, entertainment as part of our
“famed” nightly Networking
Evenings. This event will take place in our Forum area
in the middle of the H2/FC Group Exhibit and will be served
from 6:00 p.m. until to 9:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Meals can also, at that time, be taken to the Lounge if you
like.
Forum Programme
All of our Forum presentations
are set-up interview-style. Please have a look for yourself
how our moderators are doing their job on stage. Please meet
at the Information Counter one-half hour before the printed
time of your interview for a preliminary talk with your scheduled
moderator. Alternatively, you may meet your moderator informally
before your interview at any time suitable to you. Please
don’t forget to support our Moderator with a text to
be used for our Internet Documentation and further promotion
on your individual Forum web
page.
Internet Documentation
Please help us to optimise the Internet Documentation of all
your activities, your booth, your Forum interview, your company
representatives, your special guests. Our photographers and
copywriters will come to your booth to take photos and get
statements/captions associated with the photos being taken.
Please bear in mind that these photos will be posted on your
company’s web pages, which we have created for you,
and which will be updated during the fair:
Please communicate to our Internet
Team (in advance and with enough time) the most important
people you want to have featured on our Internet photo coverage
(also together with main customers if you like), as well as,
the important exhibit(s) on your booth. Please tell our Internet
Team what you would like to be featured for the Internet documentation
of your booth.
Meeting Rooms
There are 4 private meetings
rooms available for your exclusive use – 1 room
to accommodate 40 persons max, 2 rooms to accommodate 10 persons
max, and 1 room to accommodate 6 persons max. Meeting rooms
are located on the far south west side of the H2/FC Group
Exhibit. Meeting rooms should be reserved in advance at the
Information Counter. You can also
follow-up the booking online.
VIP Meeting Point
This year again we will welcome
many top-level executives, politicians and commercial VIPs
as visitors to the H2/FC Group Exhibit. As you may know,
some of these dignitaries travel with security and we’d
ask for your cooperation in accommodating their requests.
