Günter Vallentin, mayor from Ostritz, describes the energy concept of the city, which covers its requirement of energy and warmth from regenerativ energies, like wind, water, sun and biomass.

Exhibitions and sightseeings of the systems predestine Ostritz to the model for other municipalities, which want to optimize their infrastructure ecologically.
